Suggestions for Self Culture and the Violet Flame

In this lecture, Rev. Weston Bailey continues a discussion of color. This is one of the most important areas of study, because color influences consciousness. It is a tremendous vibration of healing within the biological organism, as well as within the levels of our consciousness - those facets that make up the total I. Violet in particular is focused upon. 

Scientists have been able to measure the vibratory rate of various colors. Violet is the highest vibration of the color spectrum. When used in visualization, it is a transmutive energy to that which is negative within our own nature. Among those: ignorance, hate and gossip.

If you find yourself thinking negatively, either about yourself or about someone else, you can invoke a positive energy. Seeing yourself filled and surrounded in violet light energy, going back to the negative experience and transmuting it, getting yourself into a positive framework where you can change and alter thinking, stimulates the spirit consciousness.
