This lecture explores aspects of the historical treatment of women as second class citizens - the roles they have been relegated to and those they have been excluded from. Women have attained rights through self-assertion. Metaphysics and parapsychology have played a role in this. An example: The right to vote in the United States was eventually granted to women after communications from seances by the medium Margery Crandon. True liberty and freedom in the New Age will come through women, as their emotional intelligence will restore wisdom in society.
